The Winfrith Crafters meet twice a month to try out all sorts of crafts and projects. We like working with fabric, but we also do beading, polymer clay, some paper crafts and whatever else we can come up with! We mainly tutor ourselves, but we do bring in outside teachers from time to time. We aim to undertake one collaborative project each year.
We have held several, very successful, Craft Fairs, which are likely to be every other year in late October. The money we make partly goes to the group’s funds and partly to charity.
We are a friendly group, who welcome newcomers, and you are welcome to dip in and out of the sessions as you wish, or come regularly.
We have a rota for bringing cake, so you can enjoy crafting and cake eating simultaneously.
We meet on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, in Winfrith Newburgh Village Hall, from 2.00pm to 4.45pm. £2.50 per session.
